The original wireframes were research-backed but visually basic. The final UI was a complete overhaul guided by user testing feedback.
Search your destination to instantly see routes, fares, rank locations, and stops. No more asking strangers for money information on the street.
Search by taxi registration number, leave a star rating and comment. Ratings appear immediately on driver profiles, visible to associations.
Time-stamped trip records shared with emergency contacts. Taxi registration, destination, and comments, accountability built in.
Associations post strikes, route changes and updates directly to commuters. No more arriving at a dead rank with no information.
This was personal. I take taxis. People I know take taxis. The problem was not hypothetical. Designing something that could matter to 15 million people with almost no infrastructure to work from; that changed how I think about every project I touch.
